A new 3 story, 28,300 SF, 78 room dormitory at Florida Southern College which included an elevator, common areas, and a laundry room that was completed on-time and under budget. All work was completed in between two fully occupied student dorms without any impact to the college’s on-going activities. The project also included tie-in to the adjacent dorms’ existing utilities.
