A multi-phase renovation project, Rodda successfully completed extensive interior and exterior improvements of the historic "Searstown Shopping Center" near downtown Lakeland. The project created nearly 58,000SF of government offices for Polk County. Included in the project was the creation of a secure courthouse facility, offices, court processing areas, Building Department and Public Works offices, and storage for the Polk County Clerk of Court.
