We are proud to have been chosen as the construction manager for all projects completed at Sun N Fun for the past fifteen years. Numerous projects have been involved including the FAA Control Center, Air Museum, the Tom Davis Education Center, Buhler Hangar, Cessna Building, Hangars, Sky Shop, Offices, Retail space, Maintenance Building, Campgrounds, Outdoor Pavilion, and Aviation Center. The International Sports Aviation Museum Pavilion project was honored by the Tampa Bay AIA as the winner of the 2001 H. Dean Rowe, FAIA Award for Design Excellence. The pavilion is primarily used for museum and community educational seminars promoting science and aviation, but it is also used for dozens of Sun N Fun and other community events each year.
