Just Elementary School

Area: 90,000 SF, 20 Acre Site

This masterplan redevelopment project included demolition, renovations, and expansions to create a new school campus. Added were two new two-story, 33 classroom buildings, administrative offices, support services, a media center, cafeteria, science labs, guidance areas, and all necessary sitework for the project. The project was located in the middle of a busy school campus, and all work was coordinated with school officials to ensure the students are not impacted. This project was completed in only a 7 month time period
