This project was a masterplan campus reorientation and addition project to Lawton Chiles Middle School in downtown Lakeland, FL. The project included a new 12,000SF Music Suite, 8 Classroom Addition, courtyard, loading lock, and bus loop. Also included in this facility were office spaces and extensive sitework.
