Rodda Construction has been selected by McKeel Charter Schools to complete their all of their major expansions in Lakeland, FL. The first project was a new 18,000SF gymnasium project including new locker rooms, instructional areas, and classrooms at the High School campus. Next, we renovated two existing buildings to create the new McKeel Elementary in Downtown Lakeland, FL. The next project called for major renovations and additions to an old skating rink to create South McKeel Elementary. The most recent project was the conversion of an existing bowling alley into McKeel Southside Middle School.
