Rodda Construction has been called upon twice to work on major projects at Rochelle. The first project was a comprehensive masterplan project that involved complete renovations to the entire Rochelle school campus to create Rochelle School of the Arts. This project created all new classrooms, offices, performance space, a CCTV studio, dance rooms, art rooms, and performance areas. Ten years later, we completed the addition of a new two-story, 20 Classroom including demolition, and renovations to the existing gymnasium. The new EHPA Building was located in the middle of the busy school campus, and all work is coordinated with school officials to ensure the students are not impacted.
