A new 19 building, 310 unit apartment complex in Immokalee, FL. The project was completed in two phases, and included a clubhouse, pool, maintenance building, laundry facility, mail box areas, picnic pavilions, pool, volleyball, playground, nature trails, BBQ and picnic area and associated site work and landscaping.
