A new 3 story, 105 room full service hotel located at the Lakeland Linder Regional Airport. The project included a restaurant, bar, pool and hot tub, community areas, exterior balcony party area for 300 people, laundry facility, and administrative offices. In addition to the hotel amenities, the building included over 10,000SF of convention, conference and multi-purpose space, and was completed in less than seven months.
