A new 135,000SF, 151-unit Senior Living Facility in Lakeland, FL. The project included three 4-story buildings, each equipped with an elevator. The facility is complete with playground areas, pool, community center, laundry facility, stormwater vault under the parking lot, and picnic areas. This project was completed in less than 10 months.
