Rodda Construction was called on by The Carlisle Group to work on three apartment projects, two of which were in Wauchula, FL. The first was a Phase II project at Valencia Gardens, which included six new 2-story buildings totaling 104 units.

The second project was new two- story, 100,000 SF, 104 unit apartment complex in Wauchula, FL called Country Walk. Project included full sitework, offices, clubhouse, park, laundry, and related facilities.

The Third was a Phase II project a Jacaranda in Arcadia, FL which included three new two story buildings totaling 50 units.
