The prestigious tenants of this building include Smith Barney, Chase, Merrill Lynch, McDonalds, and Peterson & Myers, PA. The project included sitework, a custom staircase, elevator, conference spaces, executive offices, support space, work areas, and extensive streetscaping and landscaping. This project has become the centerpiece of a revitalized downtown district in Lakeland.
