A new five story, 64,000SF "Class A" office building which has become a landmark in downtown Lakeland. The building houses SunTrust's regional operations, mortgages, loans, corporate accounts, and lease space and includes a three story parking garage structure. The project also included renovations and repairs to the Lemon Street Promenade and Streetscape areas including curbs, pavers, and landscape areas.
