This project involved major interior and exterior renovations and additions to transform the City of Lakeland’s aging Kelly Recreation Center. New areas created included a new Gymnasium, Junior Olympic swimming pool and aquatic center, offices, weight room, common areas, locker rooms, and related facilities.
