Rodda Construction has completed all of the work for the YMCA of West Central Florida since 1990. The first project was a complete campus renovation to the 80,000SF South Lakeland Branch Campus which included new locker rooms, weight room, offices, multi-purpose facility, classrooms, pool renovations, and aerobics room. This project also saw the addition of a teen center, a covered pavilion, childcare facilities, and renovations to the pool area. Next we constructed a new YMCA facility in north Lakeland which included competition pool, interactive water fountain, playground, weight room, gymnasium, child watch/Y-Pal area, multi purpose facility, conference rooms, locker rooms, outdoor covered gymnasium, 1/2 mile paved outdoor jogging and walking trail. Rodda was also called on to make major interior renovations at two existing structures to create the new Winter Haven and Poinciana YMCAs. Lastly, Rodda assisted with transforming the previous Publix golf course to the new YMCA Par 3 facility.
