Clonts Building

Full renovations and restorations to the historic Clonts Building in downtown Lakeland. This two story structure was originally built in 1903, and its interior was converted into three office and retail condo spaces. In addition to new paint, new windows (which matched the original design) and a new roof were put on the building to restore its former glory. Finally, a secure stairway and elevator was added in the alley to provide full access to the 2nd floor spaces.
