This project included complete interior and minor exterior restorations and renovations to the three-story, historic former Kress Building in Downtown Lakeland, FL. The building was originally constructed in 1925 and has been turned into an amazing museum for Children. The space includes dozens of interactive exhibits on the 1st floor, a large “orange grove” in the basement, and offices and multi-purpose space on the 2nd floor.
