This amazing 1925 structure has been completed renovated and restored over the course of a four phased project. The first phase converted a portion of the historic Frostproof Senior High School Building into a new City Hall and made significant improvements to the building’s exterior. Next, more government offices and interior common space was restored in Phase II. Phase III renovated the interior of the existing Auditorium building. Finally, a portion of the building was remodeled to house the Polk County Sheriff’s Department Frostproof Substation.
