Tenant Improvements for dozens of retail stores, restaurants, and office spaces at the new Mixed Use Lakeside Village Center in Lakeland, FL. Tenants included Progressive Insurance, Rinnai, Pearle Vision, Apples to Zinnias, Firefly, Yates & Hagan, LeBri, Lee Nails, Picasso's Cup, Tinderbox, Nine Sisters, Teddybear Factory, Patchington, Great Steak & Potato, Sacino's Formalwear, and the Center's leasing office. Also included were numerous sitework projects, masonry in-fills, restrooms, storefronts, and streetscaping in selected areas.
