This project involved a new construction materials manufacturing complex. The facility includes a large concrete batch plant, cranes, material loading and storage areas, administrative offices, and truck storage spaces. Also completed with this complex was the site development for Tibbetts Industrial park including roadways, intersection improvements, drainage, site utilities, and extensive earthwork.
