Full renovations and restorations to the historic Lake Mirror Tower in downtown Lakeland. This eight story structure was originally built in 1926, and was converted into 78 apartment units. The building also includes a two-story parking garage, a pool, offices, common areas, and a ballroom. The project also included complete exterior renovations and the addition of a decorative exterior fire stair exit. To complete this project, a construction elevator was utilized, scaffolding was erected the full height of the building, and Lime Street was closed for construction staging and safety. The extensive restoration project was completed in 13 months.
