Rodda Construction helped to build all of the facilities in Lakeland, FL for BloodNet USA (prior to becoming known as One Blood), completing numerous projects at their Main Facility and other locations. The Main Building contains corporate offices, donor areas, history/screening rooms, blood storage areas, laboratories, storage areas, a generator, and related facilities. Rodda also constructed the 18,500SF blood mobile maintenance facility. This project included storage areas, loading docs, maintenance areas, offices, and another generator. Finally, Rodda constructed the new donor center at Heritage Business Center in Lakeland. This facility included offices, donor areas, history/screening rooms, and blood storage space.
